The final stages of the water system provided entertainment to both curious students at Children of the King and local community members. The well installers ran a water pipe from the well to the corner of the Children of the King property (marked by the multi-colored post) where they built a 20 foot tall tower for the water tanks. Two 5,000 liter water tanks were installed on top of the tower and solar panels installed above the tanks. The solar panels power the well pump which fills the tanks. The elevated tanks provide approximately 10 psi of water pressure to two taps installed right at the boundary of the property. This allows the local community to come and get the water they so desperately need!

With the system now completed, the local community is joyfully receiving the life giving water!

Here is a view from the top of the water tower. You can see Lake Kisima nearby and the town of Kisima further off in the distance as the view moves around. You can also see that they embedded the taps in concrete right at the edge of the property.

We praise God that he has brought the dream of reliable and safe water to Children of the King and their surrounding community! Here a local community member named Josphat Rani Lesorogol expresses his thanks for the water.

Thank you for your support in making this dream a reality for the Children of the King!
