What a month this has been! Once again, we have watched God take the prayers and generosity of so many people and turn them into something we could hardly have imagined just a few months ago.
We are now in the planning stages of the first Children of the King school building!
Because of the extraordinary generosity of our donors this past month, we have enough funding to begin planning the first 30 × 40-foot multipurpose building—and we are hopeful the funds may stretch far enough to include the toilets and possibly even the kitchen.
But there is so much more to share with you this month.
You’ll hear what the new well is really meaning to families in Samburu, meet little Munyaki—a seven-year-old shepherd boy who is now learning about the Savior who knows him by name—and meet two new members of our growing COTK family. You’ll even find out what happened to a birthday box that disappeared for an entire month somewhere in Los Angeles!
Perhaps what touched us most while preparing this newsletter were the messages coming directly from Samburu. So we’ll leave you with one of them:
