This month’s newsletter takes us back to where it all began. Long before there was a school, Saruni knelt alone beneath an acacia tree in the Samburu bush and prayed a simple prayer:
“Lord… please help us care for these children.”
There was no organization, fundraising campaign, or wealthy sponsor standing behind him. Only a former warrior who believed that the God who had transformed his own life could also change the lives of these children.
Looking back now, it’s amazing to see how God had already begun preparing the answer. We hope this month’s newsletter encourages you as you witness the remarkable ways God continues to answer that simple prayer—one miracle at a time.
